 1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

 

2. Conditions of Sale

 2.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP£ and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

2.3. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Your payment information is processed securely.

2.4. Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship orders by the end of the next working  day. [NL1] Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

2.5. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.6. Warranty: Our parts are covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear and is separate to any warranty that may exist for your heat pump.

2.7 Overdue balances: Customers with overdue balances on an existing credit account with Kensa Heat Pumps Ltd may have online orders cancelled and refunded. Use of the online shop does not override any credit restrictions applied to existing customers. This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

 

3. Shipping Policies

 3.1. Shipping Methods: Parts will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

3.2. Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped by the end of the next working day. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

3.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the part and the destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be added to your order total at checkout.

3.4. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

3.5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

3.6. Lost or Damaged Packages:  Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist with the claim process.
